Privacy Policy

Shikigoke　Effective date: October 7, 2026

This policy explains how the iPhone app "Shikigoke" (the "App") handles your information. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

Information the App sends

The App does not send your growing data or any other information about you to the developer or to third parties. The App does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking.

However, if you fill out and submit the contact form described below, the developer receives what you submit.

Information stored on your device

Your growing kokedama, care history, trees placed in the Four Seasons Garden, and bowl and background settings are stored only on your device. They are used only to run the App and are never sent off your device. If you back up your iPhone, your growing data may be included in the backup. Automatic sync between devices is not supported. Deleting the App also deletes its data.

Notifications

Notifications about growth milestones are local notifications scheduled on your device. No data is sent anywhere for notifications. You can change notification permission at any time in iPhone Settings.

Accounts

The App has no account registration.

Feedback form

Choosing Settings > Feedback & Requests in the App opens a Google Form in your browser. The developer receives what you enter and submit, and uses it only to respond to you and improve the App. The form is a service provided by Google, and Google's Privacy Policy also applies to the information you submit. No information is sent unless you use the form.

Submissions are stored in the developer's Google account and kept only as long as needed to respond and improve the App. To request deletion of something you submitted, contact us through the same form with the approximate date and content of your submission. We will delete it after confirming.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App's features change. Any changes will be posted on this page.
